Comme vous l'aurez sans doute compris ce soir je vous parlerai du grand Mark Knopfler leader du groupe Dire Straits jusqu'en 1995. Il est un des rares guitaristes jouant sur guitare électrique sans médiator, avec une attaque aux doigts très "banjo" comme il le dit lui même. Je ne m'attarderai par sur son talent de compositeur et de guitariste, car je pense que tout le monde à déjà entendu et apprécié une chansons de ce groupe mythique. Je vous laisse juste (re)découvrir le jeu tout en finesse de ce grand monsieur !
